How do I earn Happy Points?
Log in to your Happy Bunch account, and make a purchase with us. You will earn 5 points for every $1 spent (applies to all products). Past purchases before the launch of Happy Points have been awarded points as well.
How do I redeem my Happy Points?
Go to ‘My Accounts’, then ‘Happy Points’, and unlock your desired coupon. Once unlocked, go to ‘Coupons’ to view the discount code. Apply the discount code when you check out. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Do I have to register separately for Happy Points?h
No, you don’t have to! Customers who register for a Happy Bunch account will automatically be eligible to earn Happy Points.
When will my Happy Points expire?
Happy Points earned before 2020 will expire on 31 December 2020. Happy Points earned in 2020 and after will expire on 30 June of the following year. E.g. Points earned in 2020 will expire on 30 June 2021. Once a discount coupon is redeemed with Happy Points, discount coupons will expire in 7 days.
