It’s our 3rd Valentine’s this year and it is definitely the most challenging one in many ways. The Coronavirus outbreak brought a new set of challenges pre-Valentine’s – from sourcing for alternative flower supplies to additional rounds of delivery address confirmation & edits.
Additionally, due to a series of unfortunate circumstances on 13 Feb & 14 Feb, we let some of you down for not being able to deliver the items on time & not being able to reply your inquiries as fast we usually do. For those of you who were affected, we are very sorry for not being able to live up to our promise. Rest assured that our team is on it and will reach out to you within the next few days with a follow-up plan to make things right. On the bright side, we did it. Shoutout to my dearest Happy Bunch team – Eunice, Suryani, Uma & everyone in the flower fairy team – for working around the clock to prepare beautiful bunches and resolve issues in the best way possible. And big thanks to the ex-HappyBunchers – Jannah & Bee Wah – for coming back to help out when we needed help the most!
To all of the happy people who have chosen Happy Bunch this Valentine’s, thank you for trusting us to deliver love to your special one. And thank you for being very patient & understanding when hiccups happened. We’re so happy to receive everyone’s continuous support during these tough moments. We promise we will continue to work hard & improve our service further for all of you!
